You may have barely escaped the grasp of High School Musical in 2006, but Disney’s straight-to-TV movie is back with a vengeance, celebrating 20 years of catchy pop bops and bringing its infectious, nostalgia kick to the Lowry audience.

The Spy Who Came in from the Cold scratches far beneath the surface to recall the dark realities of the Cold War whilst delivering its modern reframe to the Lowry audience. As agent Alec Leamas is dragged into a British Intelligence (MI6) operation alongside compromised officers and cover-ups that he must unmask.

Mischief Theatre is back with their first foray into musical theatre, bringing their mixture of caricatures, comedy and blunders to create the ancient art form of acting.
